Make a Payment

July 13, 2006

The payment process happens in two steps. First fill out the Billing Information form at right and continue to the Secure Credit Card Transaction form to add and securely process your credit card information.
The transaction process is handled by my payment gateway service, eProcessing Network (ePN). You will see their identification on the credit card submittal form, in the payment confirmation page, in the email receipt, and perhaps in your credit card statement where the charge appear. Rest assured, I’m getting the money, not ePN.

Helpful Notes
1.    The amount you enter in the “Amount Due” field should be the amount indicated in the billing statement you already received from Wion Design.
2.    Only the “Amount Due” field is required on this page, but you will have to add all the other information later in the Secure Credit Card Transaction form if you don’t do it now. When you click the “Continue” button on this page, the information will be automatically passed to the ePN Secure Credit Card Transaction form.
3.    The information you add should be exactly the same as it is on record with your credit card lender, or the transaction will not work.
4.    Do not add a currency sign in the “Amount Due” box, just the numeric value only or the information will not pass correctly.
5.    When transferred to the Secure Credit Card Transaction form, finish filling out the form by adding your credit card details, then submit the form for processing.
6.    If there are problems with your form information, you should see a notice indicating the problem which you will need to correct. If all is well, your information will process (takes a few moments) and you will be presented with a confirmation page (save the page for your records). At the bottom of the confirmation page will be a link that brings you back to my site. Additionally, an email will be sent to you with all details of the transaction, again for your records.

Notes for International clients
1.    Non-U.S. credits will work just fine.
2.    When adding a value in the “Amount Due” box, do not use currency symbols.
3.    You will likely be charged a small currency exchange fee by your card lender or bank. This is not a component of Wion Design billing.
If you cannot get your credit card transaction to work, contact me immediately for alternate arrangements.
